Facility Monitoring System (FMS)

Product Enquiry

TSI FMS system is an advanced, reliable and user-friendly monitoring software suite that has a true open architecture supporting multiple instrument inputs from any manufacturer. Standard inputs include Airborne Particle Counters, Liquid Particle Counters, Temperature/ Humidity, Differential Pressures, ESD, Airborne Molecular Contamination and more.

An easy-to-use graphical user interface clearly displays real time data; this means that the system is easy for operators to use leading to a reduction in training requirements, a positive user experience and ultimately improved process control. Multi Level Maps show real time icons in Red for Alarm, Yellow for Warning, Green for OK and Blue for instrument failure and display the last recorded value for each instrument.

FMS has its own report generation tool. This allows users to create customized reports that cover most needs. Where more advanced reporting is required, third party tools can be easily deployed to use the FMS system databases.

Events can be logged for a production batch. Auto reports can be generated based on recorded events and batch history. FMS supports a hot standby, fully configured, monitoring system that it is able to take over the full monitoring task should the main computer fail. With database mirroring, downtime is estimated and there is no data loss and total peace of mind.
