The capillaries are made from ZrO2 toughened Al2O3 material. By the careful selection and modification of the raw powders, and precisely control of the whole fabrication process, the material produced possesses fine microstructure of small and uniform crystalline grain size and full densification, and hence obtain excellent comprehensive physical properties, such as high strength, high toughness and high hardness, which will result in extended long life-span and improved bond quality. 

Features:
The sintered parts are all subjected to secondary operation. Equipped with high precision machines, our experienced operators grind and polish the parts to be of precise dimension and tolerance according to the specifications. Refer to the table below. The secondary operation gives the capillaries good wire bonding quality.
